The 5th Axis APV-160-B Pneumatic Vise is engineered for automated CNC machining applications that require increased jaw travel and flexible workpiece positioning. Designed for seamless integration with robotic systems, pallet changers, and M-code or PLC-controlled operations, the APV-160-B delivers reliable, repeatable performance without operator intervention.

Generating up to 9 kN (2,000 lbf) of clamping force, the APV-160-B accommodates a wider range of workpiece sizes while maintaining secure workpiece positioning throughout the machining cycle. Its compact footprint and robust construction make it ideal for high-volume production, lights-out machining, and flexible manufacturing systems.
