Find Your
Zero.
The Master Alignment Pallet sets the RockLock™ base square to your machine, so every fixture that follows lands on a known datum — down to 8 microns, clamp after clamp.

One pallet.
Perfect alignment.
To get the highest level of accuracy out of RockLock™, the base has to be aligned to the machine before you ever run a part. That's what the Master Pallet does.
Mount the base, snug the bolts, then drop the Master Pallet onto the studs. A probe or indicator reads off its precision-ground reference surfaces, and you establish work offsets from a single, trusted zero.
From that point on, every fixture and every piece of top tooling references the same datum — no re-indicating, no guesswork.
Three steps to a known zero.
Setup takes minutes and pays off on every job that follows.
Mount the base
Install the RockLock™ base onto your table, pallet, or rotary and snug the mounting bolts into place.
Install the pallet
Lock the Master Pallet onto the base. Its precision surfaces give your probe or indicator a true reference to read.
Set your offsets
Establish work offsets from the pallet. Those offsets carry into every program, speeding up future setups.
Built for 3, 4 & 5 axis.
The same pallet establishes the offsets your machine needs — whatever it's running.
Establish the three primary work offsets for standard 3-axis machining.
Lock in full 5-axis offsets, including rotary A and C, from one trusted reference.
Add the rotary A offset for 4-axis work alongside the three linear axes.
Program once.
Run it anywhere.
Because every base shares the same datum, the work offsets you establish carry across pallets and machines — so switching jobs and top tooling no longer means re-indicating from scratch.

Skip the re-indicate
Established offsets mean the machine already knows where zero is the moment a fixture locks in.
Reference to reference
Every position keys to the same datum, so parts land the same on any RockLock™ pallet.
Shop-wide standard
Move a job between machines without rebuilding offsets — the program comes with it.
Repeatable.
Every time.
Established offsets mean faster programming when you switch jobs and top tooling — the machine already knows where zero is.
The Master Pallet is part of the RockLock™ reference-to-reference (R2R) workflow, keeping setups consistent across every machine in the shop.
