5th Axis Inc. (“5th Axis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website 5thaxis.com and any related subdomains, online stores, and services (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details โ name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title
- Account information โ username, password, and profile details, if you create an account
- Order and billing information โ shipping address, billing address, purchase history, and order details
- Payment information โ payment card and billing data submitted at checkout. This information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, [Authorize.net]. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications โ messages you send us through contact forms, quote requests, support tickets, or email
- Marketing preferences โ newsletter sign-ups, subscription choices, and consent records
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers
- Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URL, exit pages, and clickstream data
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking-technology identifiers
- Advertising and conversion identifiers set by Google and Meta (see Section 3)

Third-party analytics and advertising
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google may use this data in accordance with its own policies. - Google Ads. We use Google conversion tracking and remarketing tags to measure campaign performance and show ads to people who have visited the Site. You can manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure conversions and reach audiences on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage your ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences and review Meta’s policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Your cookie choices
For visitors in the EU, UK, and other regions that require it, non-essential cookies and tags are set only after you consent through our cookie banner.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site, including checkout, from working.
Global Privacy Control. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for California and other applicable state residents.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers โ website hosting, payment processing, shipping and logistics, email delivery, CRM, ERP, analytics, and customer support vendors that process data on our behalf under written contracts
- Advertising and analytics partners โ Google and Meta, as described in Section 3
- Business transfers โ in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets
- Legal reasons โ when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 5th Axis, our customers, or others
- With your direction or consent โ for example, when you ask us to share information with a distributor or partner
Important notice regarding advertising: Our use of the Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags means that certain identifiers and browsing activity are disclosed to those companies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, this may qualify as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, even though no money changes hands. See Section 7 for how to opt out.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, and reporting requirements.

6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting employee access to a need-to-know basis. Card payments are processed through [Authorize.net] over a PCI DSS compliant connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to:

- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request, and we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.
Categories disclosed in the past 12 months. We have disclosed identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity information to service providers for business purposes, and have shared identifiers and internet activity information with Google and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EU, UK, and EEA residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased in certain circumstances
- Restrict or object to processing, including objecting to direct marketing at any time
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office
Other U.S. states
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, and the sale of personal data. We honor these requests through the same process described above, and provide an appeal process where required.
We respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law โ generally 45 days in the United States and one month under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
8. Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us at [workholding@5THAXIS.COM]. We will still send transactional messages relating to your orders, quotes, or account.
9. International Data Transfers
5th Axis Inc. is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. If you are located in the EU, UK, or EEA, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws differ from those in your country.
Where required, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum), the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where our partners participate, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with supplementary safeguards. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including distributors, partners, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Please review their policies before providing information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the Site and, where required, by emailing registered users. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
